Refunds for Recreational Summer Baseball prior to roster release will be assessed a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds after rosters are released to coaches. Complete the REFUND REQUEST FORM and email to office@fcbcmail.org or mail to P.O. Box 1031 – Fort Collins, CO 80522 or fax to 970-484-6231. Refunds are processed within two weeks. Refund will be made back to original payment source.
