Philosophy
Philospophy for this year will be to prepare all individual team players for high school baseball. Each player will be expected to dedicate himself to the team and better oneself as a player both mentally and physically. I am looking for players that want to work to achieve the highest performance level possible.

Goals
Our goals are to be as competive as possible and to achieve the highest level of play as individuals and a team. To expose the team to high school level play by particiapting in the Spring League and Summer Legion League and High School distances of 60/90. As well as, the most competitive tournaments as possible in 14U Division I.

Playing Time
Depending on the number of players taken to fill the roster, playing time will be determined by practice dedication and competitiion. A modified rotation system will be put in to place for position players and pitchers during league play. During tournament play the players giving the team the best chance to compete will be used in single elimination situations. |
